Rear wheel slips

  1. Try a trainer tire. Continental makes an excellent trainer specific tire that can hold up to the heat and pressure of a rear wheel trainer

  2. Clean the tire with alcohol to remove build ups
  3. Max inflation is recommended
  4. Use a slick tire, especially if riding a mountain bike. Get a smooth tire for the rear wheel
  5. Adjust the force of the adjuster knob
