Bike Computer Troubleshooting: No Speed Display

Problem: No Speed

Computer Model: All

1. Solution: The sensor or magnet are not close enough to pickup signal. Magnet and sensor need to be 3 mm apart
2. Solution: The computer is loose in the mount. Remove and reattach.
3. Solution: A broken wire in the harness. Get a new harness.
4. Solution: Wireless mount needs repositioning. Reposition mount till computer begins functioning
5. Solution: Wireless mount battery(ies) dead. Replace all batteries in computer. Remember that wireless computers have batteries in the transmitter by the wheel in addition to in the head (and sometimes a third in a receiver, separate from the computer itself. Sigma has this 3 battery system.)
