1. How soon will my order ship? Regular shipments are processed within 3 business days. Many orders are processed the same day.
2.What if a product is a Special Orders or Backorder?
Some products are available by special order and are indicated as such in the color/size pull down menu. The item will be ordered immediately and you will get an email from WiredBike indicating an estimated time of delivery. Backorders sometimes occur when demand for a particular item exceeds instock quantity. You will be sent and email of the estimated ship date for that item, and can either wait or cancel that line item.
3. How will my order be shipped?
Standard shipping is by UPS. We have found UPS to be reliable and cost effective, with good email notification and tracking.
4. Is my order insured?
ALL shipments include insurance. If you have a lost or damaged package, please email us at info@wiredbike.com and we will solve the issue.
5. How can I track my order?
Tracking is available if you use UPS services. There is no tracking available for the USPS Priority Mail services. You will get a notification of shipment from both the shipping company and WiredBike.com
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
These estimates are in addition to the 1-3 day processing time for your order:
UPS Ground normally takes 1-7 business days for delivery to your door.
USPS International Priority Mail normally takes 6-10 business days to most locations.
7. Do you handle International Orders?
Yes! Customers are responsible for customs and duties!! We have no way of knowing/controlling these charges!!
Most international orders will be shipped by USPS Airmail Parcel Post.
Note that many electronic devices require charging, and everything we sell is designed for the US market.
All orders will be shipped with insurance and the full value stated on the bill of lading. No exceptions.
