Return Policy
At Wired Bike, your satisfaction is very important to us. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. Wired Bike accepts the return of all unused merchandise in it's original manufacturer packaging up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All
returns must be authorized by Wiredbike.com. Please call our customer service department toll-free at 1-888-502-0217 for return authorization. Customer is
responsible for shipping costs to return products. Merchandise to be
returned must be received by us before the 30 day guarantee expires. An
authorization to return is not a guarantee of a refund. Items
must be returned in brand new condition and according to the policy
specified above to ensure a refund is processed. Products must not have
been worn or used in any way.
Please package and ship your return carefully.
All
merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging. There is no credit
given for merchandise returned without original manufacture packaging
and all materials.
Any unauthorized return will not be refunded and cannot be returned.
We do not accept COD parcels.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
A copy of your proof of purchase and Return Authorization # must be included with your return.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
Wiredbike
will replace any defective product within the first 30 days of
purchase. Please notify us before the 30 day period for Return Authorization (RA#). Upon authorization to return defective
product, all instruction manuals and accessories must be included with
the return. Following the thirty day period all Manufacturers
warranties will be in effect.
Prior to obtaining (RA) from us
please contact the manufacturer to determine if the product is
defective or for help with use issues.
