Agreement

By using or visiting the WiredBike Site, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement and to follow all terms and applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. If you do not agree with this Agreement, your sole recourse is not to use the Site.

Furthermore, the Site is provided to you for your own use, and it may not be used for any commercial purposes. For example, you may not do any of the following without written permission from WiredBike use the Site to sell a product or service; use the Site to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales; take the results from the Site and reformat and display them, or mirror any portion of the Site on your Web site. Any use of the Site that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of WiredBike and/or its suppliers or licensors, or that is for commercial purposes will be investigated and WiredBike shall have the right to take appropriate civil and criminal legal action. In addition to these terms and conditions, any software that you download may have its own terms and conditions as well.

Modifications of Terms

WiredBike shall have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Accordingly, we suggest that you check this page periodically. To make your review more convenient, we will post a version number or date at the bottom of this page.

Violations of Terms

In addition to any legal remedies that WiredBike may have for your violation of the terms of this Agreement, WiredBike shall also have the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate your access to the Site.
