Shipping Policy

1.Regular shipments are processed within 2 business days. Many orders are processed the same day.
2. Time in Transit
These estimates are in addition to the 1-2 day processing time for your order:
UPS Ground normally takes 1-7 business days for delivery to your door.
USPS International Mail normally takes 6-10 business days to most locations.
3.Free Shipping Offers
For a limited time we are offering free Ground Shipping on all orders of $150 or more. Merchandise total must equal $150 or more after any promotions
or discounts are applied and before any required shipping or tax
surcharges are applied, to qualify for offer. This offer applies to
ground shipping in the lower 48 states and does not apply to next-day,
second-day, air or expedited shipping orders; overweight item surcharges
still apply. This offer may be changed at any time.
4.Special Orders & Backorders
Some products are available by special order and are indicated as such
in the color/size pull down menu. The item will be ordered immediately
and you will get an email from WiredBike indicating an estimated time
of delivery.
Backorders sometimes occur when demand for a particular item exceeds
instock quantity. You will be sent and email of the estimated ship date
for that item, and can either wait or cancel that line item.
5. Methods
Standard shipping is by UPS. We have found UPS to be reliable and cost
effective, with good email notification and tracking.
6. Insurance
ALL shipments include insurance. If you have a lost or damaged package, please email us at info@wiredbike.com and we will solve the issue.
7. Tracking
Tracking is available if you use UPS service. There is no
tracking available for the USPS Priority Mail services. You will get a
notification of shipment from both the shipping company and
WiredBike.com
8. International Orders
Customers are responsible for customs and duties!! We have no way of knowing/controlling these charges!!
Most international orders will be shipped by USPS Airmail Parcel Post.
Note that many electronic devices require charging, and everything we
sell is designed for the US market.
All orders will be shipped with insurance and the full value stated on the bill of lading. No exceptions.
